The location is quiet and peaceful, very close to everything you'd want.
The upstairs bed NEEDS to be replaced. It's horrible, not unusual, but there you go.
The upstairs couch (pull out bed) is SO UNCOMFORTABLE, so, IMHO, SEATING SUCKS.
The floors LOOKED clean, but after taking a shower and walking around an hour my feet were black. So, proof the floors haven't been mopped in months.
The bathtub filled water after a 20 minute shower. The faucet in the bathroom leaked whenever you turned it on.
I told the host this "AFTER" our stay, but never got a response back. SO I AM POSTING IT HERE. TO MAKE SURE IT GETS CORRECTED.
ALSO, the cleaners who get paid $150 to clean after your stay? Don't bother to clean the balconies/porches. I had to get the broom and sweep off all the cobwebs from the FURNITURE, AND THE FRONT PORCH SO WE COULD SIT DOWN.
Also, the end of the porch/steps need some attention.
Maintenance really needs a talking to.

The location was one of the best things about this property. It is literally a couple minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. Also, the water pressure was great in the shower which is really important to me. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bed we slept in was very comfortable. The hot tub was very clean, too. Another thing we really enjoyed was the wooded view from the back deck. It was nice to sit in the swing with our morning coffee enjoying the view of the trees.
Some of the window blinds as well as the blinds on the front door were missing some slats which compromised our privacy. Overall, the interior was clean and comfortable, but the back deck could have used a good sweeping and a little TLC.
