DESASTROSA!
A praia com o encontro do rio Ipojuca proporciona uma paisagem incrível! Muito bonito mesmo! E o condomínio é de frente para a praia. Existe o serviço de praia com cadeiras e guarda sol montados pelo condomínio. Diversas piscinas e muita área de sombra também. O condomínio possui mercadinho e lavanderia. E existe o restaurante que atende muito bem caso não queira cozinhar. O café da manhã custa R$ 36,00 e existem pratos entre R$ 40,00 e R$ 60,00.
Fiquei hospedado no apartamento da torre Marlin, unidade 203 / 204. É um apto com 4 dormitórios. Mas tudo, TUDO muito velho, ruim, sujo! Uma experiência horrível que tive com a minha família. Vou relacionar alguns problemas que tive na chegada:
- Chuveiro de 2 banheiros não esquentavam e estavam tão sujos que mal saim água qdo abria a torneira
- Pia de um dos banheiros entopida!
- Banheiros imundos, sujos, manchados e amarelados tanto o piso qto os azulejos
- Forno do fogão acho que NUNCA foi limpo na vida!
- Travesseiros péssimos! Sujos também e muuuuito velhos! Aspecto horrível em usar. Sem contar os embolorados que estavam dentro do armário.
- E a roupa de cama? Meu Deus! Da época de Dom Pedro acho...surrada, cara de muito usada, esgarçada, manchada e amarelada. Horrível! Muito, muito ruim!
- Toalhas! Claro que elas seguem o mesmo padrão...padrão horrível também surrada, cara de muito usada, esgarçada, manchada e amarelada.
- Paredes dos quartos, banheiros, cozinha e sala imundas! Muito sujas que nunca viram uma limpeza! Meu Deus! Tinha nojo de ligar as luzes do apto pq os interruptores estão amarelados de cebo e sujeira.
- O ventilador da casa acho que nunca foi limpo! Qdo liguei vou até mais pó junto com a poeira do que o próprio ar dele. Surreal!
- O sofa da sala qdo foi aberto o extensor até prego enferrujado tinha!
E para fechar com a chave de ouro, qdo chegamos no apto, tinham não uma, mas DUAS BARATAS VIVAS no banheiro! Isso mesmo! Prova de que o apto simplesmente é abandonado e longe de ser cuidado!!
FUJAM DESTA EMPRESA Yolo! Guardem este nome para nunca mais utilizar o serviço desta empresa. Os atendentes nem conhecem o Condomínio e mal sabem dos serviços que tem lá. Inclusive me deram informações erradas ainda! Afff...E muito menos não sabem como está o apto. PÉSSIMO! PÉSSIMO!
Ah! Sr. Proprietário da unidade 203, 204, você teria que ter VERGONHA de alugar um apto nestas condições. Vai la ter a experiencia que tive para você ver! Foi DESASTROSA!

Tivemos um problema na chegada, pois o ap nã estava pronto. Mas foi resolvido algum tempo depois.
