Lots of space and especially lived the hot tub which was ready to go on arrival
I didn’t like that the place was not checked for issues properly before I checked in and was then having to then explain that I was not responsible for the broken items that I never even used

I've been in my element all night... Everything you could want and need under one roof.. You definitely won't be bored 👍

The property was overall clean and well presented. The outdoor space with the hot tub was a really nice feature and made the stay feel more relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the clear and detailed instructions provided prior to check-in, which made everything smooth and easy.
The hot tub area could do with a bit more attention to detail, particularly removing spider webs around the space. The upstairs bathroom also needs some maintenance — the bath didn’t have a plug, so it wasn’t possible to use it, and the lighting was very poor, making it difficult to see properly (I had to use my phone torch).

This is a nice sized property well located and overall reasonable value for money. There is a cinema room, hot tub and sauna. The owner has taken the time to decorate and provide soft furnishing to create feeling of quality. It is nice.
The quality of the actual finishes do not match the tableware, soft furnishing and facilities - cheap laminate flooring, amateur wiring with extension leads to the garden feeding the sauna and hot tub.
