Mostly clean, good location, friendly staff, and amazing interior design.
Fridge is more aesthetic than practical. Room was dusty and floor had hair behind bed. Not terrible, but not luxurious either.

Cama era confortável
I booked a partial sea view room, but upon arrival I was assigned a room on the second floor with no sea view at all.
I requested a room change, but I was informed that no alternative rooms were available.
During my 5-night stay, there was no recognition or special treatment for a long-stay guest. The bed sheets were not changed throughout the entire stay, and the room cleaning standards were far from satisfactory.
On a positive note, the breakfast staff were very friendly, especially Felicity, and I would also like to mention the kindness and professionalism of the receptionist Jenna.
At check-out, I was not allowed to add my Bonvoy membership number to the invoice.
A mormom book ?
No privacy at the balcony .
Overall, the experience fell well short of expectations, especially considering the price paid.
