The Pool area was very nice, the outside kitchen was great, very spacious for a three bedroom apartment, three really good size bedrooms, very clean and location was 15 mins from the main strip on foot but is close to El Campanario shopping centre, with a good selection of shops bars and restaurants and that’s a 5 minute walk, there is no AC as described but there are 3 fans for each of the bedrooms. We had a couple of small issues and this was dealt with very quickly by the management company and the communication before and whilst on our stay was excellent
There was a limited amount of cups and crockery, there as enough for our party of 6 but there was no spare,

The pool area is lovely, loungers are comfortable and nice to have the couch area also. Didn't use the cooking area.
There is a nice little patio area off the ensuite bedroom that is not shown in the photos.
Hosts were very responsive with any issues we had.
All 3 bedrooms are situated off the main living\kitchen area.
Lovely quiet area, about 5 mins walk to La Campanario shopping center which has a decent grocery shop along with restaurants and bars.
Inside could do with a little update in terms of painting, some areas were tired and some in need of a deeper clean.
There is no A\C. There is an upstairs to the property which is not included so there is potential for overlooking on the pool area.
Also the window for the ensuite bathroom only opens to a maintenance room.

Hébergement spacieux et confortable, fidèle à la description de l'annonce. Endroit calme et proche du centre à pieds (+/- 12 min). Piscine chauffée (moyennant supplément) bien agréable, terrasse spacieuse avec coin BBQ sympa.
Robinet cuisine un peu cheap, fuite d'eau sous évier (tuyau d'évacuation non adapté), peu de vaisselle/plat/...
Planche d'une des toilettes mal fixée.
