בלילה הראשון התעוררנו למשמע רעשים מהגג כנ"ל הבן שלנו בחדר הסמוך כנראה שהיה שם משהו משוחרר. עידכנו מיד את הצוות אך לקח להם עוד 2 לילות נוספים כדי להעביר אותנו לדירה אחרת ורק אז נפתרה הבעיה. במשך 3 לילות מתוך 7 לא ישנו כמעט כל הלילה מהרעשים אבל ההנהלה לא חשבה שמגיע לנו פיצוי הם הרי קיבלו תשלום מראש אז מה איכפת להם. היחידה עצמה מרווחת וגדולה, המיקום מחוץ לעיר אך במרחק נסיעה קצרה. מציינים שהיחידה ממוזגת אך יש ביחידה של 120 מ"ר שהיא 2 קומות יש רק מזגן אחד באזור המדרגות וחם מאד בחדרים בלילה. עושה רושם שלא הוקדשה מחשבה לפרטים הקטנים. השקיעו בעיצוב וזהו. לא פונקציונלי בהרבה מקריפ
דירה של 120 מ"ר 2 קומות ומזגן אחד שלא מצליח לקרר את החדרים בלילה. רעשים מהגג שלא טופלו 3 ימים וגרמו לנו לשינה מועטה ללא כל לקיחת אחריות ופיצוי מהנהלת המקום. באתר מתנהלים שיפוצים של דירות אחרות. הפועלים מגיעים מוקדם בבוקר מדברים בקול רם וחונים בחניות שהוקצו לדירות. תודעת שירות מאד נמוכה ללא לקיחת אחריות. מאכזב מאד.
