Logement cosy parfait pour un séjour à 2, propre avec élément de confort (jacuzzi, possibilité de faire un feu).
au calme, proche de la nature.

Très bon petit déj livré au logement
Logement proposé pour 3 adultes alors qu'en réalité, arrivés sur place, le propriétaire nous informe que c'est pour 2 adultes et un enfant. 3è lit est en fait un coffre avec planche de bois 70cm de large non adapté pour un adulte (et même pour un enfant au vu de la faible épaisseur du matelas).
Logement situé en bas de la colline, impossibilité d'y accéder en voiture : pente impressionnante sur environ 300m : danger pour descendre avec les valises et avoir une très bonne forme physique pour remonter (ne rien oublier dans la voiture !)
Aucune information sur le nom de l'établissement sur le portail ! (ne pas arriver la nuit !)

I rented 2 cabins (Upon arrival we were assigned cabin #2 & #3) for two nights and although I really really wanted to give this place 5 stars there were some inconveniences which in the end, after they kept on presenting themselves I just couldn't..I'll list them below.
First the good 😊👍🏻
🔸Great views, it's really beautiful 🌄
🔸Super nice & great service
🔸The breakfast 🍳 is very complete (🥚's in multiple styles (you choose), OJ 🍊, ☕, 2 types of 🧀, fruits 🍎, arepa 🫓, wafer.
🔸Location, if you have a car, it's super close to Peñol and Guatape is just 15-20 minutes away.
🔸You can get food, etc delivered to your cabin directly. They give you a list of places.
Now the inconveniences 😔
🔸 It's complicated to get the hot (warm) water running, you basically have to regulate the pressure but not too low otherwise the electric heater turns off & not too high becaue the flow is too high to keep up. So you basically end up with low pressure warm water if you can get the "trick". Both my gf & her mother couldn't so they showered in cold water which was an invonvence of what we consider a basic component of rentals, especially in colder ❄️ climates.
🔸The internet connection in Cabin #3 was really slow & you'd have to wait quite a while (15-30 seconds) for stuff to load.
🔸Everything was pretty clean but upon opening the cupboard to get plates I was greeted by a small 🪳 which was pretty disgusting (Get Advion roach bait, it will make sure there are none around & kill nests/colonies)
There were also smaller issues but still, for the price paid I wouldn't expect these which are easily fixed:
🔸Cabin #3 only had 1 fork 🍴 which was also an inconvenience.
🔸Cabin #3 doesn't have a microwave (#2 does) and the stove didn't work. Luckily we had 2 so they brought the breakfast to our cabin to have it re-heated.
🔸We did get shampoo/conditioner bottles but no soap 🧼 or shower gel, neither in the sink or shower 🚿
🔸There were small details as well here and there, the shower in Cabin #2 had cracked floor tiles & one of the corners damaged.
If they fix the small nuisances I can't see why this wouldn't be a perfect location to spend a relaxing time during your visit to Guatape.
