Nuestra estancia en La Pausa fue excelente. Nos alojamos dos noches en una habitación con jacuzzi y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor.
Las vistas son espectaculares y la habitación era amplia, muy limpia y con un diseño precioso, cuidado hasta el último detalle.
También queremos destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal, que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy bien atendidos en todo momento. En cuanto a la comida, nos pareció por encima de la media de lo que habíamos encontrado durante nuestro viaje por el Eje Cafetero y Medellín, por lo que fue una grata sorpresa.
Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable para disfrutar de Guatapé.

This was potentially one of the best hotels I have visited. The location was amazing with incredible lakes, they bring your breakfast and dinner to your room so you can continue to enjoy the breathtaking views in the comfort of your own pod. The team are very responsive on the WhatsApp chat which makes ordering food and drinks very simple. They also helped organise a taxi and driver to/from Medellin and for a day trip around Guatape which was lovely.

My casita was spectacular with all the privacy you could want. The staff, except at check in, was wonderful.
The check in process was a bit tedious.
