Very nice hotel with a wonderful view and great accomodation. The hotel really makes you relax and you feel connected with the nature. The rooms were clean.
The staf doesn't speak English and are not always super helpful. Nevertheless, when we approched them ourselfs, they were ready to help and they were honest.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mansión by Bernalo Hotels. The hotel was beautiful, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The location was also perfect for exploring the area.
Honestly, we had a wonderful experience and nothing significant to complain about. Everything was very well organized and exceeded our expectations.

How close is from everything. The common areas are beautiful too. Food amazing and cheap.
The hot water is not working efficiently during some hours.

The location was great
The main things we didn’t enjoy were:
- the WiFi was terrible and no service or WiFi in the rooms
- they have terrible loud music on the pool all day that is really loud even inside the rooms
- inside the rooms you can hear every detail of what is happening on the other rooms and on the bar. Very uncomfortable if you are trying to sleep early
