La atención de todo el personal fue excelente, muy amables y sobretodo muy buenos anfitriones. El hotel es hermoso, todo el entorno es mágico. Ambos restaurantes tienen muy buenos menús aunque un poco limitado (comida mexicana) . La cabaña muy linda y con buena vista.
La cabaña olía a guardado, no la habían preparado para nuestra llegada, tuvimos que abrir las ventanas un buen rato para que el ambiente huela mejor. Otro tema fue el baño, habían 3 baños completos y 4 habitaciones y las camas eran de plaza y media.

La ubicación es buena y se encuentra en una zona tranquila, pese a que esta cerca de buenos restaurantes y bares.
El personal tiene siempre la mejor actitud y son muy amables, alegres y serviciales.
El ruido se oye mucho entre las habitaciones y al ser un hotel familiar, puede pasar que los niños hagan mucho ruido y se escuche en todo el piso. Si esto no te molesta, no es un inconveniente.
El desayuno no es variado y más bien con pocas cosas. Sin embargo, el personal ofrece algunas opciones adicionales como arepas o pancakes.

La Ubicación, la vista y el Restaurante..
El servicio en la recepcion, la que me atendió fue despota y ni presto atencion a mis solicitudes. La cabaña de 4 personas es muy incomoda, debería ser máximo para 2. Después de un dia me llevaron las toallas, el servicio de Moto Taxi fue demorado.

Atención al huésped, precio absurdo sin desayuno , el tipo de alojamiento no es transparente, es a consideración de la recepcionista, educación del personal deja mucho que desear, tuvimos cambio de habitación mi esposo y mi hijo usaron el baño e indebida yo llegaron otros huéspedes y no fue aseado previo a su ingreso: restricción de áreas comunes a pesar de la tarifa. Personal cero amable

We loved the location and the views. We loved the way customer service handled themselves through my complains related to the hotel versus cabins stays.
Do not book in this platform if you are trying to get access to the hotel amenities which is not specifically explained here or anywhere. Apparently there is Luxe by Charlie and Luxe by Marriott- this is not clear online. The hotel on the top of the mountain is newer and has updated amenities such gym and endless pool. The Cabañas are great but you can’t park your car in front. Roads to access both sides of luxe are partially undone as well as among cabins.

Las ventanas de la habitación principal no tenía black out. No pudimos dormir nada a las 5:45am ya estábamos despertando.

A principio de mes, mi pareja, mi mejor amigo y su esposa nos quedamos en las cabañas del Luxe by charlee. La primera noche quisimos comer en el restaunte destinado a estas cabañas. Al llegar, visto que ya serian aprox las 9pm, nos atendieron con afan y nos presionaron para pedir lo más veloz posible (eso hicimos). Las chicas pideron dos vinos de la CASA, y nosostros dos NEGRONIS. 20 minutos despues, llegaron las pizzas pero la camarera habia olvidado una de ellas. No hubo mayor problema, mis amigos siguieron comiendo y esperé mi pizza. Luego de un rato llegó y la mesera me dijo que me podria ofrecer un postre por el error. Escogimos un brownie con helado. La camera 2 minutos despues llego con el helado. Le dijimos que lo guardara, pero ella explicó que estaban ya limpiando y que no se podia guardar. Al terminar las pizzas, el helado ya se habia derreritido completamente. Apenas terminamos de comer, la camarera nos quito los vasos y nos trajo las cuenta (la presión era constante). Al llegar la cuenta, nos percatamos que el vino de la casa que habian servido era el más costoso de TODA la carta. Al ir a reclamar, nos decian que ese es el vino que estaba ABIERTO y que suelen ofrecer como vino de la casa. Para mi, siendo francés, esto es lo más ilogico del mundo. El vino de la casa en cualquier restaurante del MUNDO es el vino más abordable o al menos no el más costoso de la carta. Al otro dia, subí al restaurante de los hoteles, y pregunté que cual era el vino de la casa y ellos me explicaron que era un vino español a un precio razonable y quedaron confundidos con mi historia pero decian que ambos restaurantes tienen su propria autonomia. La verdad fue lamentable y seria bueno que hubiera más coherencia e información con esta práctica.
Presion en el servicio para que terminaramos de cenar y darnos la cuenta. Que nos quiten los vacos y nos dejen la mesa vacia en plena conversación.

La vista es hermosa
La limpieza en la habitación deficiente, no había toallas suficientes y se demoraron en tráela , se rentaron 3 habitaciones y las entregaron después de la hora pactada, una de ellas a las 7 pm , estuvimos con adultos mayores que debieron esperar varias horas en recepción. Afuera . No había internet

La vista a la represa y el ambiente natural del complejo
Las instalaciones de la recepcion dan muy mala impresión al llegar, es prácticamente una caseta, con mucha gente, solo una persona atendiendo y fila. Todo eso es pasable pero si llueve o es una persona con movilidad reducida no tiene donde sentarse a esperar. A este sitio lo califico con 1 sobre 10. El sistema estaba malo al llegar.

Client fidèle du Luxé, je constate une dégradation alarmante de la qualité. Encore une fois, le check-in retardé (17h30 au lieu de 15h) dans notre villa de luxe fut un début frustrant.
L'ajout de 50 000 pesos pour le petit-déjeuner, auparavant inclus, témoigne d'une politique tarifaire décevante. Le jacuzzi, promis luxueux en ligne, était en panne, soulignant un manque de suivi des prestations annoncées.
Le comble fut de payer 70 000 pesos supplémentaires par personne pour accéder à la piscine. Pour des habitués, c'est inacceptable.
Le cadre du Luxé reste enchanteur, mais l'incompétence du personnel et la gestion désastreuse gâchent l'expérience. Le service médiocre contraste avec la beauté des lieux.
Je conseille aux futurs clients de chercher ailleurs. Le Luxé ne justifie plus ni son nom ni son prix.

El apartamento muy cómodo, limpio, tranquilo, y la terraza tenia unas vistas geniales. El transporte dentro del condominio funciona muy bien, y el personal fue muy amable. Comimos en el restaurante del alojamiento y la comida estaba muy buena.
No me gustó que para asegurar cualquier cobro adicional del alojamiento te pidan tu tarjeta de crédito y le saquen fotocopia. Nunca me había pasado en ningún alojamiento de todos los
sitios que he viajado. Aun así te devuelvan la copia al hacer el check out, me pareció bastante incomodo que tus datos bancarios queden tan expuestos.

La habitación es bastante amplia, bonita y tranquila y conLinda vista

Tuvimos muy mala experiencia con el restaurante. Le preguntamos a la host hasta qué hora tenía room service, nos dijo que hasta las 11 PM, escribimos a las 7 PM para pedir y nos dijeron que no tenían servicio ya, nos quedamos sin comer gracias a la desinformación que dan.
Nuestro cuarto no venía control del TV avisamos a la recepción y nos enviaron un control que no funcionaba y que debía estar conectado al TV.
En general falta hospitalidad por parte de los empleados

The Cabañas were as the photos and nice view to the lake
The lobby and the Staff… the lobby it’s not what you expect for a “luxury” experience. The staff were rude doing the check in, make signed terms and conditions and then they said those terms were old and charged us more. The reception never answer our calls either our WhatsApp message. We had to asked 3-4 times to turn on the fireplace and took more than 3 hrs to get the “service”. With current staff is way far for a “luxury” experience.

Según nos supieron indicar, porque estaban “colápsados” , Incluso estábamos con niños desde 12pm e hicimos tiempo en el restaurante y al intentar hacer check in no nos dejaron porque la reserva no estaba a mi nombre sino el de mi papá. Vale recalcar que la espera o lobby a las cabañas es en 3 sillones al aire libre (hacía mucho frío en ese momento). El personal no supo cómo o no tenía la autoridad para justificar este mal momento. Propusimos que nos dejen hacer check out más tarde en vista del retraso para check in y en primera instancia nos negaron rotundamente por lo que no hubo compensación por el retraso en el ingreso y el mal rato que pasamos. Pésimo servicio al cliente

el lugar como tal es bueno, tranquilo, cómodo, lujoso, puedes camniar o desplazarte en los moto carros del Luxé. un lugar ideal para ir con los perros, eso nos encantó
playa para ingreso al agua, en remodelación, en una época bastante visitada, no tiene sentido porq no hay donde mas entrar al agua.
El apto no tenia ni hielera, nos tocó pedir muchas veces para q nos dieran del restaurante.

I rented the two bedroom two bathroom cabana with complete kitchen fireplace on the patio. It came fully stocked, ready to go more impressive than any Airbnb that I’ve been in. The furnishings and all the kitchen, etc. were top shelf. Beds were super comfortable. I’m an experience traveler…. I will be back. It’s also a very beautiful place in Colombia.
Really my only recommendation would be that they pave the dirt roads for the safety of the guest and the transport equipment because we park our cars offsite which is really nice. Any special requests we had after arrival we met immediately a big positive!!!

The cabin was a haven of beauty, adorned with a stunning view and fantastic amenities, including a delightful hot tub. The staff's unparalleled friendliness added a warm touch to the experience, making it truly memorable. Without a doubt, I would eagerly return to this wonderful retreat.
Despite its enchanting ambiance, a few hiccups affected the stay—hot water glitches in the main room, non-functional coffee pot and microwave, and a bumpy road to the cabins. Additionally, the requested 6 AM car failed to arrive, yet the overall charm makes it a place I'd will be revisiting.

La cabaña muy linda, el restaurante fabuloso, la atención y la comida muy rica, lo único fue q uno de los baños no cerraba bien la división de vidrio, pero del resto todo muy bien, te prenden la chimenea gratis por lo menos un dia, los otros si debes cancelar algo y el transporte dentro del hotel gratis también y fue muy rápido al atender e incluso pedimos cervezas a domicilio y las llevaron a tiempo.

This is more a real estate than a hospitality company. The service is poor and inattentive, especially in the restaurant, which we cannot recommend. It’s such a pity that you don’t feel welcome as they could do much more with this place

the view is absolutely stunning from every cabin that you will book. the bedroom is separated with a rolling door so you can leave it open to have a bigger room experience. the doors to the patio open also fully. there is a tuctuc system that brings you from the parking to your cabin/restaurant/reception. this works really fast via whatsapp. the restaurant has buffet breakfast when it is full on days when there are not so many people (weekdays) you can order from 4 menu options, which is good. the bedroom is super isolated; you do not hear anything from your neighbors in the bedroom. You do hear them in the bathroom / outside, but it didn't bother us. the spa service is excellent; it was a surprise that the massages were done in our cabin (on professional massage tables) if i knew this i think i would not have reserved massage, but i am glad we did; it was worth the money.
the breakfast is included, but the restaurant is very expensive; we had 1 time lunch and it was by far the most expensive meal we had in our entire vacation. the rooms are not cleaned unless you pay extra for it; you do get clean towels and toilet paper if you ask for this without extra charge. the road is under construction, but it doesn't bother the experience. In the weekend there are groups of friends/families that have a lot of fun together, it is way quieter in the weekdays. It didn't border us, but it was a big difference between weekend and weekdays.

Villas were super spacious, with beautiful views to Guatapé. The restaurant is very nice, and service overall was excellent. Very clean and relax. I would definitely stay again.
The restaurant didn’t have wine corkage service. We brought a fine champagne to the restaurant since prices were 5X what they usually cost in US but they didn’t have the service available, not even paying for it. This is not something different in the city, wines and champagnes are way more expensive than the US.

This is the perfect place for a honeymoon/romantic getaway and I’m happy this was my introduction to Colombia. The staff went WAY above and beyond the call of duty and I really didn’t have to think about or want for anything. A huge shout out to Alejandro and the rest of the Luxé team. Every request was granted, the food was quality, the grounds were impeccable as the views. That’s all we could ask.

It was an amazing experience and we could not have been happier. We will be coming back this Summer with family.
The food was bot the best. Breakfast was excellent but dinner really needs some improvement. Noether one of us enjoyed our meals. The cheese on the pizza was disgusting and we could easily tell the quality was really cheap.
