It was across the street from the beach and had a couple of resturants in walking distance. The room was clean and was stocked with plenty of items to help with your needs. The beach was quite, even though it's next to public parking, but it was now off season. The area is beautiful!
Not much negative about the property, but I do have some pointers for your stay. There was some construction going on to improve the grounds, which didn't really bother us and is still expected after the area still dealing with remnants of the hurricane. I would use the laundry mat instead of the machine in the property, because the machine in the room left rusty stains all over the white hotel towels I washed (again not a deal breaker at all). Also beware of the parking lot security, even though we had a valid pass, security attempted to put a warning on our car, until I pointed out the dates. Other cars had been ticketed and booted, so I would definitely get your pass ASAP!

The location was great. Small walk to the beach, near 2 restaurants- one that also served breakfast.
The center courtyard of the building could be fixed up more - plants, rocks, maybe a community garden of herbs, etc that people could use when cooking.
