The place is spotless, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was super clean and easy to use. Communication with the owner was timely and professional
Its very easy to find and the side alley is very clean but when you get around the back of the property it felt a little sketchy in the dark and I wondered if I was in the right place but once inside it is a lovely place

Very clean and convenient. Comfy bed, easy check-in, decent kitchen and spotless bathroom (despite being shared).
It wasn't great value tbh. I think I might've paid a premium because I stayed on Tramlines weekend (despite not going to Tramlines - I was here for a wedding). So I paid £162, which is a lot for what it is. I see that most other times, a double room is £65 - which I would say is great value.

Very clean, last minute booking as was let down by another booking. Area lovely
It was a 1 night stay so nothing it was perfect
