L'appartement correspondait totalement à la description faite, tout était quasiment neuf. L'équipement de la cuisine très complet avec un vrai frigidaire/congélateur, plaque de cuisson+four et plein de vaisselle. Nous avons apprécier de prendre nos repas sur la terrasse qui donne sur une rue assez calme mais ou tout les matins les veilles dames du coin nous saluaient. Il s'agit d'un quartier assez calme mais l'appartement est juste à côté de la plage avec un supermarché au coin de la rue et de restaurants très sympas à proximité. On est à environ 20 min à pied du centre historique de Kos. Maria et son mari nous ont très bien reçus et nous avons même été gâtés avec des spécialités grecques confectionnées par Maria.
L'appartement est en sous sol donc un peu sombre mais cela peut être un avantage pour nous protéger du soleil et de la chaleur. Pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, il y a quelques marches pour accéder à l'appartement et ou pour accéder à la terrasse mais pour nous ce n'était pas un problème.

Das Appartement hat ein super Lage und war in der Ausstattung eine 12 von 10 .
Vermieter sind ab Buchung direkt erreichbar und antworten innerhalb kurzer Zeit . Zum schönen Strand sind es 2 min und in die Stadt gemütliche 10 min . Sind mit Baby gereist und es wurde an alles liebevoll gedacht . Das Appartement ist neu und sehr sauber .
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, gute Lage.
Es fehlte eine Information darüber, dass die Wohnung im Souterrain liegt.
Die Terasse war nicht ansprechend, haben wir nicht benutzt.
Die Gastgeber scheinen sehr freundlich und bemüht zu sein, wir haben sie aber nicht persönlich kennenlernen können. Liegt wahrscheinlich an booking.com.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο,πας στην πόλη και την παραλία Λάμπη με τα πόδια.Οι χώροι ήταν καθαροί και άνετοι,ευάερο και δροσερό.Διέθετε τα πάντα.
