Staffs were extremely polite and well-behaved.
First try to put us in an inferior room. But later they allotted good room after objection.

Exactly the peaceful escape I was looking for in Mussoorie. The room was neat, airy, and very well kept. Bathroom was spotless, which really stood out. The balcony view felt like a dream clouds literally floating in front of you. Food was light, tasty, and hygienic. The staff was polite and always ready to help. Felt calm, comfortable, and well taken care of.
