Has a lot of potential, needs to apply attention to detail before letting, once done would go back!

It was cheaper than some of the nearby hotels. A very convenient location to the event we were attending and a lovely quiet back street with plenty of parking. Very spacious with everything we needed for the couple of days we were there!

The fact that there was no heating in December was the first issue, especially as it was 14 degrees when we walked in. Found out that the host hadn't topped up the gas. After several chats online we managed to get some gas and had heating and hot water. There was no bedding for the 3rd person sleeping on the bed in the front room. The TV was broken, but manageable. And accepted by the host. The whole place could have done with a clean as the floors were dirty (white sock wearer found that out!!) Whilst the shower was hot there was nowhere to hook it up and had to be hand held and no anti-slip mat. The garden had seen better days. The were no oven trays and had to give the grill rack a good clean before using and all the crockery needed cleaning before using.
