I stayed at this property for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The host was super responsive on WhatsApp and sent detailed PDF instructions for accessing both the garage and the apartment well before our arrival, making the check-in process completely seamless.
The apartment is brand new, stylishly furnished, and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Even though it is located on the ground floor near two streets and the main building entrance, the soundproofing was amazing, and we didn't hear a thing at night. The location is ideal—it is within walking distance of all the main sights in Seville, and there is a very large, well-stocked supermarket just 200 meters away.
Parking was also a big plus. The garage is great, and while our assigned spot was a bit narrow, it was absolutely perfect for our Fiat 500.
We had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi connection on our first day, but as soon as I informed the host, they immediately sent instructions on how to reset the router. After that, the internet worked perfectly for the rest of our stay.
Overall, I loved this apartment, highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville, and would definitely stay here again!

Muy detallista y muy limpio.
Atención súper rápido y todas las instalaciones súper bien pensadas.
Prepara trona, cama y bañera para bebé.
El parking muy fácil de acceder y está al lado, se puede dejar la maleta justo en el portal, la entrada todo con contraseña no hay que coger llave.
La cocina bien equipada con todos, te deja servilleta y papel de cocinar, café y muchos tes.
La cama súper cómoda y el baño tiene gel, champú y acondicionador que muchos otros que no han puesto.
La ubicación genial, se puede ir andando plaza de España, el barrio tiene muchos bares y restaurantes de todos tipos. Supermercados a 2 minutos.
Mejor lugar para quedar en Sevilla para una familia o pareja.

Nada...en absoluto, quizás ver la opción mejorar el wifi ...es lo incomodo ya que no tienes conectividad . Por completo y al 100%. como dato a mejorar.

Localizado a 5 minutos a pie de plaza de España. Un apartamento moderno, amueblado con un gusto exquisito y muy cómodo.
Además, no se escucha ni un solo ruido de los vecinos.
