Clean property, excellent staff/customer service and they left me a snack in my room seeing that I could not make it for breakfast!

La struttura è bella e molto pulita. La zona è relativamente silenziosa, sebbene servita male dai mezzi pubblici.
Il personale responsabile risponde solo tramite messaggistica e/o telefono (mai visti in 4 giorni, a parte i ragazzi che servivano la colazione) e spesso non è immediatamente disponibile. Inoltre, viene chiesto già di prima mattina a che ora si vuole fare colazione il giorno dopo. Se la colazione viene servita (come da comunicazioni scritte) dalle 7:30 alle 10:30, risulta veramente antipatico dover dire/predire a che ora si avrà voglia di svegliarsi o mangiare. Tant'è che ho dovuto informarli più volte di cambi di direzione oraria. Un modus operandi tale non dovrebbe essere perseguito in una struttura di questo tipo, pagata profumatamente. Inoltre, la colazione non è all'altezza della cifra sborsata (zero pane fresco e/o cornetti; solo alimenti confezionati).
