Новый и чистый отель, в 10-15 минутах от исторических объектов. Очень дружелюбный персонал: все объяснят, покажут, помогут. Есть бассейн с сауной, а также предлагают массаж по предварительной записи. Завтрак европейский-ничего необычного. Отличная 4*, еще приедем!

The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful, thank you to them all! The room was very spacious and comfortable and modern. The breakfast was out every morning ready for me (thank you!) and there was great local food from the restaurant for dinner. The hotel is a bit far out of the main area but taxis were super easy to get on Yandex, and I loved that the hotel was situated next to the ancient site of the old city of Samarkand (Afrasiyab) and my room had a great view onto it. I liked walking around a bit to explore, and the receptionists were very helpful in guiding me where to go.
The duvet was not long enough! So I had to turn it round to cover me. There were only two clothes hangers but when I ask for some more they gave some to me. It would’ve been nice to have a coat hanger near the door or something for my outdoor coat. I was there for work, but the wifi did not really reach my bedroom and kept cutting out - I suggest to improve the reach for those visitors not from Uzbekistan and on a simcard.

Отель новый, только открылся в сентябре 2025 года, поэтому все свежее, чистое. Находиться было очень приятно. На уровне Хилтона.
Прекрасный бассейн, сауна и хамам входят в стоимость (до 18:00)
Особенно мне понравилось, что сотрудники отеля сделали для всех марафонцев, которые приехали на самаркандский марафон (а таких было большинств), ранний завтрак в 5 утра, так как нам надо было в 06:30 уже быть на точке старта. Спасибо большое, что позаботились и пошли на встречу всем, кто приехал на марафон.
Из рекомендаций: не нашла фен в номере, хотя на ресепшене сказали должен быть в номере, ну и может зону лобби сделать поэстетичнее.
К остальному вопросов нет, все замечательно

Personalul incredibil de amabil, ne au ajutat de fiecare cu informatii, ne au chemat taxi de fiecare data cand am plecat din hotel. Managerul la plecare s a oferit sa ne duca personal la gara.
Multumim pentru tot!
Micul dejun este destul de slabut in comparafie cu celelalte cazari din Uzbekistan, inclusiv cazari mai ieftine
