Central, well located. With parking for two cars. Clean and very cheap for the amount of rooms. Good basic affordable accommodation

We were a party of 4 family individuals, so having a room each, with a couple of rooms to spare was ideal. While there was no parking on site and on-street parking was limited to an hour, the Stirling Street public car park was only 150 yards away with modest parking charges, so that was fine.
The accommodation is in a traditional building and some spaces are a bit tired; some of the sash and case windows were difficult to operate as they have lost their pulley cords to counter balance weights
