La simpatia e la gentilezza del personale. La posizione ottima e sicura perché il quartiere è molto frequentato dalla polizia vista la presenza di ambasciate e consolati. Un supermercato è a pochi passi dell'hotel.
In quattro giorni non è mai stata effettuata la pulizia della camera né sono stati cambiati i teli bagno. Inoltre la doccia era priva di box o tendina per cui, usandola, il pavimento si riempiva d'acqua.

Excellent établissement très cosy et très propre, idéalement situé dans un quartier très calme du Caire, proche du Nil pour la balade du soir c’est très agréable. La dame de l’accueil (je ne connais pas son nom) était très gentille et très serviable. J’ai passé un très bon séjour !

كنت حاجزه يومين و طلبت الغاء اليوم الثاني لصغر مساحة الغرفة وخصمو من المبلغ كثير غير ذلك مادفعوها بنفس الوقت ماطلوني كثير
مساحة الغرفة جدا صغيره لشخص واحد فقط
