It was good
No breakfast, the rooms are loud, sounded like the guest above were going to come though the ceiling. Saw trash from previous guest on floor when we got to room.

The facility was very nice and clean. Especially after leaving the Red Roof Inn down the road. Kitchen facilities were nice but we only stayed one night. I loved the security having to use my room card to get in.
There was no one at the front desk when we were checking in. I’ve never walked into a hotel and there is no one there. I waited a while finally had to call the number for the hotel to get someone to come out. They were not friendly. The pricing is the biggest problem. I booked on Booking.com. It said $84 per room. I paid $239.58 when I booked. I was then charged another $119.84 for one room and $280.34 for the other. So all together for this one night stay I paid $639.76 for a cheap looking hotel room. No I would not have booked it if I had known that. When I asked at check out why it still wasn’t really explained to me just those other charges would come off. Again. I have never stayed in a hotel and been charged so outrageous. At least The Red roof Inn said $78 per room and that is all I was charged and they refunded that full amount because we just couldn’t stay there. All these charges need to be explained at booking or not happen at all. If it says the room is $84 then that should be all I have to pay. This is ridiculous. They said it was for amenities??? What in the world is that?? I didn’t see any amenities worth that much.
