- This 2-story house requires using 3 steps to enter; additional interior stairs are required to access all of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located at the front doorbell facing outward. Camera 2 is located at the rear doorbell facing the garage. Camera 3 is located in the backyard facing the fire pit, bocce ball court, and garage. Camera 4 is facing the spa area. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion

As an EV owner, this was a perfect place to stay. The property has a dedicated, fast, working EV charger that does not require messing with an app or jumping through a million hoops. I arrived with a low battery and my car was charged in the morning; and when we took day trips around Wells, we always left with a full charge.
There are four bedrooms on the top floor, (3 queens and one room with 2 double beds) and the bottom floor is quite open. The front sunroom is a fifth sleeping area. This makes the property perfect for extended families.
The outdoor area has three separate fenced in areas, and is quite dog friendly. There is a game room in a separate structure. We didn't use it, but if our kids were older or we were a larger group, I think we would. (Tip: The people before us missed picking up a few landmines, so spend a few minutes "looking down". Even the most careful dog owner sometimes misses one.)
The house is old and has character; and the owners work very hard. Remember, there's always something to fix in an old house, so please keep in mind that the owners are trying very hard to give you a wonderful place for your vacation.
There are a lot of TVs! (Tip: If you have a Chromecast, Roku, Fire stick, ect, bring it. It's easier than signing into each app that you use.)

My daughter’s birthday is on the 4th of July, so we’re always looking to do something fun her and this property was it!
The house is super clean and has the perfect beach vibe. The yard is situated perfectly to hang out and enjoy the fire pits, the barbecue area and hot tub. Inside, on some of the hottest and most humid days of the year it was very cool with the central air-conditioning. There were also lots of little thoughtful touches throughout the house.
A huge bonus is the game room that we spent hours in playing darts, air hockey and shooting pool.
To top it off Chris is one of the best hosts I’ve ever worked with. He was super accommodating and very responsive.
If you want an amazing place, with lots to do and close to the beach I can’t recommend this enough. Thanks for a great weekend!

Exceptional.
If I could rate Chris and his Wells rental home with more stars...I would.
He resolved a pre visit problem with ease and to my satisfaction.
The home is immaculate and has everything a family wants or could need on a vacation.
Personal check-ins by Chris during my stay and post departure were appreciated.
I highly recommend and advise anyone thinking of visiting Wells to consider 752 Post Rd.

It was our first time in Maine and we had an amazing time. The hosts made our stay wonderful and very welcoming. We can’t recommend this place enough.
