室内のアメニティや備品類が充実している。
受付の自動入力システムは、かえって面倒くさく時間手間がかかった。もっと宿泊者フレンドリーな方が助かる。
また、受付のスタッフは(悪いというレベルではないものの)慣れた上位者ほど、早く手際良く済ませてしまいたいという雰囲気を醸し出していた。
内部の人達には日々扱っている普通の受付システムでも、宿泊者には始めてという事もあるので、ゆったり寄り添う姿勢の方が印象が良い。
忙しくてそうなっているなら、あるいは経営サイドの問題かもしれないが。

初めてのホテル利用だったのですが、とても丁寧な説明で安心して宿泊できました。
自分が見つけられなかっただけかもしれなかったのですが、朝食のメニューが欲しかったと思いました。

Good room, clean, and pretty well located from the city center.
The adress given is not the good one on booking so we had to walk 10min with heavy luggage.
The personnel didn’t help us book a Japanese restaurant which could be booked only by phone in Japanese while we don’t speak Japanese. Poor service. We had better in all other hotels of our trip to Japan.
