The location was a great-- walking distance to the main areas and close to transit.
The rooms were small but in line with other business hotels. I was alone in a room so it wasn't a big deal but if there were 2 people -- I imagine storage would be an issue.

It was located right next to covered shopping, close to both Odori and Susukino. The breakfast was great with so many vegetable options for my vegetarian husband. The Hokkaido specialties that changed each day were fun.
