I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children and got a room of 2 single bed and 1 sofa bed. While I don't mind sleeping on the sofa, the sofa bed is of poor quality and doesn't justify this room rate. The breakfast is good though.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient spot in Sapporo. The staff were fantastic - my partner was sick and the receptionist literally spent 50 minutes on the phone to find us a same-day appointment with an English-speaking doctor.

Safe has a problem which cannot be opened occasionally. We needed to call staff to override to open it. Please check and maintain regularly. Nonetheless, the overall quality of the experience in this hotel is good.

Fantastic location, several mins walking distance to Odori station and the shopping areas. Overall a great experience but the hotel offered only one size of pillow which was quite flat… beds were firm and “hard” to a certain extent… In general, it’s a great place to stay in Sapporo!

Very convenient to anywhere in the city centre. Walkable distance to the shopping area, Sapporo JR station and places for sightseeing. The room and hot spring is excellent.

Room is spacious and clean, good value.We booked the Japanese style room and like it a lot. Location is convenient, and not directly next to the big shopping road so you get a bit of quietness from the noise on the road which is nice. The hot spring shower is spacious and nice, excellent amenities. The only complain I have is that even though there are there lifts, sometimes it takes ages to wait for one. I think it’s because the hot spring is on the lower floor so if guests want to use it, the lift must go all the way up and take them down, which waste lots of time. Other than that, everything is nice.

We love the layout of the room, which was also clean and comfortable. Onsen was fabulous, too. We also enjoyed breakfast, would love to stay again.

Wonderful stay. Nice, clean rooms and super helpful with our infant. Pillows were a little hard, but that’s our only complaint. Great location. Highly recommend!

Surprisingly generous and thoughtful staffs, nice location where you can walk from Susukino sta. Or Sapporo too! Clean and totally enough space even in the smallest room in the hotel.

広々としていてアメニティも充実、温泉もついていて大満足でした。冷蔵庫の温度がぬるかったのだけが残念。一階にコンビニがあるので冷たいものが欲しければコンビニへ。 It was spacious and well useally with amenities, and I was very satisfied with the hot springs. It's a pity that the temperature in the refrigerator was warm. There is a convenience store on the first floor, so if you want something cold, go to the convenience store.

Hotel breakfast was better den i was expected.. Location was good and hotel vibe was all good.. And there was a linked familymart right beside the hotel :) But the only thing that bugs us was the bed and pillows.... There was only 2pillows provided for a double bed and the bed was rather hard.. Pillows wasnt fluffy and they have beans on the other side which makes it hard to lie on too.. Would be better if they can change the pillow or provide 4 instead..
