The location was great, right next to a shopping street and close to both Susukino and Odori stations with walking distance. Size of the room was okay and enough space for one person. It was an okay stay for me.
I was unable to connect to hotel wifi and when inquired found out that apparently it does not work with new iphone 17 (ios26)! The staff apologized for this but That was a big let down for me. Also the beds and the pillows were not very comfortable.
