Fantastic location, close to everything we needed. The lobby has a decent coffee machine (for free) with very nice records you could listen to, and they had free soft-serve ice cream in certain times (which we didn’t try).
The room had all of the required amenities.
We stayed for two nights and we didn’t have our room cleaned or towels replaced.
Parking is a bit expensive compared to the adjacent options.

This hotel was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do! Shopping, dining, ease of transport. The hotel room itself was super clean, we really liked having a washer dryer for our long trip! I really enjoyed the high quality shower head and hair dryer, I definitely want to buy it was a treat to myself at the end of the trip. The staff was welcoming and lovely, and we also loved the free espresso machine! Excellent stay!

The proximity to train stations via the massive underground links, the food and shopping choices around the hotel, the cleaning crew, the beverage station at the lobby plus an array of toiletries for hotel guests to pick on the way to their rooms .. all these gestures so thoughtful!
The breakfast, although excellent, was the same fare every morning.
The towel rack in the bathroom was too close to the toilet bowl, in fact it was almost above it . Not an ideal spot, in my opinion.

The Parking on site is a huge Plus in our case since we used a rental car to drive everywhere. The laundry is so helpful too and much needed. Price at the time was decent. Location is also very convenient.
The room is super small. Also there was this one light that we just couldn't figure out how to close, we looked everywhere for it.
