Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. Good location. My son plays travel ball so we will definitely stay here again next tournament

Very nice clean hotel with exceptionally nice staff. The breakfast was much better than most hotels with included breakfast. The gym was very spacious and well equipped! The area felt safe and the hotel was close to many other things in Tyler. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.
Back door to hotel wasn't working with key card but I'm sure that will be fixed quickly.

Staff was great and very friendly. They had a huge fridge and there was a place downstairs to BBQ and a pool.
Booking said the room was available and I paid through Booking for a Suite. When I got to the property they said there was no suites available however I showed them I already paid for it through Booking. I got a regular room but they could not fix the price I paid for a suite on Booking. Booking should get a 1 star. The property was great. The sad thing is Booking still showed the hotel had two Suites available even though they were full. So there is something wrong with the system you are better off calling the hotel instead of Using Booking

The room was beautiful and had more amenities than I expected. The staff were amazing and so helpful.
The location was just ok. It wasn''t in a bad area per se, just not very walkable to things. The breakfast was nothing great but everything was clean and well kept.
