Very pleased with my stay!!!

BED - Excellent & Comfortable STAFF - Super friendly manager on duty at check in and check out. Ms. PATEL was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. CLEANLINESS - Excellent and very clean. BREAKFAST - Included and hot items available along with fruit, yogurt, juices and other items. ATMOSPHERE - Very quite, I didn't hear road traffic once I was in my room and I didn't hear my neighbors. I only heard 1 man talking as I passed his door. Very nice. FLOORS - Hardwood or vinyl in the rooms and I loved it because it felt so much cleaner than the carpet in most hotels!!! I would definitely stay here again.

Water could be hotter in shower. I have been told I like to melt my skin off but I had it up all the way. Seriously this was such a good stay it's hard to find issues.

Comfortable beds and clean.

The elevators went out and I had no help getting all my stuff down the stairs. It was more instant food not anything hot.

Considering that we went to Tyler for a dear friend's funeral that weekend, the hotel accommodations were very nice.

Some things that should have been in operation were not. Such as the restroom in the lobby. There was an Out of Order sign on the door. Very inconvenient for a 79 yr mother that you're caring for.

I don’t write reviews very often, but this is warranted. to start the AC didn’t hardly work, says no smoking but the room smelled awful of smoke, tried using the laundry to wash my work clothes and it kept turning off causing me to spend 3 times what I should have. The breakfast was awful and required zero effort from the hotel staff. To top it all off when I flushed the toilet it continues to run. so like any actually man I removed the rear tank cover to see what the issue is and there was a used needle and syringe wedged inside under the flapper. when I let the font desk know all I got was an “okay” and “I’ll make a note of it”

Exceptional

This is the hotel of choice when we are visiting family in the Tyler area. We have been staying here for years. The staff is always very welcoming. Areas of the facility are beginning to show some age, but we always see some upgrade every time we stay. We understand you can’t do everything at once. For the foreseeable future, this will continue to be our choice.

right around midnight a gentleman was having a heated conversation in the hallway. it only lasted 5 min but made my daug

room doors opened from inside instead of street side. it was located within 10 miles of the church where the event was. had a complimentary breakfast.

the car dealership next door has music on after hours. we could hear it in our room. we were in the odd numbered rooms on 2nd floor. i couldn’t get my fire stick to connect to their wifi or my hotspot.

Had to leave a day earlier 09:30 am , was not even offered refund !!!

Breakfast was not even sub standard , was there at 07:15 am , nothing prepared , except waffles , nothing in the hot plates , 3 muffins , coffee not working , did not even look at it on 2nd day

Could e had some breakfast !

You get what you pay for

The staff was nice and helped us out when we had an issue. We didn't have a problem with the staff.

My infants have to have noise at night to sleep so we needed the TV working. The first room we were in, not only did the TV not work but the sheets were dirty and the walls were gross.

It's an OK hotel for a weekend stay

Friendly helpful staff. Decent location. Spacious room. Clean bathroom with plenty of water pressure

TV did not work in room. Was transfered to new room. Pool was green. Beds were not comfortable. It was like sleeping on a hard box spring.
