Staff and location
Stayed during a softball tournament. Some of the parents during breakfast was rude and disrespectful. Their kids was more polite than their parents.

Our room was clean.
Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Location is fantastic.
AC was loud, like the fan was loose.
Fitted sheet on the bed would not stay on.
Pipes under bathroom sink leaked.
We booked for 4 people, but we were only given 2 towels and no bedding for the pull out sofa. (Staff provided when asked).
They ran out of "do not disturb signs" and had to hand write a door tag for us.
Breakfast was subpar even for continental breakfast. Apple juice was water. Waffle batter was watery. Oatmeal tasted off and I was burping the taste all day.
