Excellent breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff - took time to chat with our boys. Decent accommodation not too far from The Brook Hill school.

I liked the room as far as what it included. It was nice to have a kitchen, a couch, a desk and chair, a tv, two nightstands, a large window, a closet, vanity/mirror area outside the bathroom, as well as the bathroom with a good sized shower and countertop. By that I mean there was a lot of space and amenities that made the room pleasant and comfortable to stay in. Plenty of places to put our stuff and places to sit, eat, hang out, etc. The bed was made nicely and the tv worked great and was a good size. Enough towels were provided. The pool was nice and had plenty of towels. It was nice how the hotel had some outside seating. I liked how they had food and snacks in the market.
The room was somewhat clean but not enough to be super comfortable. There were stains, marks, spills, dust, etc. Janitors need to be more thorough with cleaning. The hallways were pretty messy and smelled funny. Pool towels were way too small. Market could've been better stocked as far as toilet trees and items other than food go they were running low on most of them. The breakfast could've had more food it wasn't super well stocked and ran out of a lot.

Location was ideal because of being close to many grocery stores, restaurants and shopping places. The housekeepers were very kind, pleasant and accommodating.
The break meat selection was the same everyday, there was no cinnamon for oatmeal, the breakfast potatoes were extremely salty and not edible. There were hidden fees not discussed by staff nor management at the time of book in or during stay and appeared incompetent when asked for an explanation about the many fees. We felt blindsided by this which made the stay not as good as it could have been if all information was provided upfront. One of the staff probed my husband when he needed to reactive the room key for another night stay which made him feel uncomfortable.
