It was clean and breakfast was great
I didn’t like that the side access doors weren’t locked just sitting open. Keypad doesn’t work. Also pool wasn’t available

Room was fine and bed was comfortable
Both the pool and hot tub were closed and nothing was revealed in advanced so we got there and were pretty much stuck. Temps were 100+ and a pool was one of our main goals to cool off. We would have just left and gotten another hotel but there was no refund for the first night so we stayed 1 night and then left to a place with a pool that was operational. I understand that things happen, but the desk clerk told us that it had been down for a while and that they had no idea of when it would be back open. This needs to be clearly communicated before people book to allow them to make an informed decision as to whether they want to stay there or not. Was not happy at all.
