Super clean and convenient location. AC was probably the best AC we had the entire stay . Kept the room at great temp and staff was super friendly and helpful.

Very nice location in Shinjuku! Close to a train station but far enough from the bustling streets to be able to rest peacefully. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely charming hotel with free light breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Room charming ans modern. Very comfortable ans very secure. Will stay again. Thank you for taking care of us!

Exceptionally good hotel in a great location just a couple of minutes walk to two subway stations. Rooms are very comfortable and relatively spacious for Tokyo. Very good facilities and complimentary drinks and snacks in the communal lounge. We will be returning!
