About this cottage rental
Bodies and currents of water within every walking direction makes guests give thanks for the solid ground beneath them, including and especially this delicate cottage nestled between Burnt River and Cameron Lake. In a prime location not only with surrounding natural wonders, this softly furnished and gorgeous residence offers as much for their guests inside as the lands around them outside.

The combined kitchen and living room area contains an exemplary array of products for a variety of meals and occasions: a small but fully furnished kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, oven with a stovetop & a microwave, coffee and hot water kettles, a variety of dishes for guests to use, and a nearby table that seats up to six.
The living room contains a large sectional couch with several soft throw pillows, and a nearby staircase links to a downstairs recreational area with another sectional couch—parked next a large fireplace and facing a large flat-screen television and a bonus air hockey table.
Containing three bedrooms and a pull-out sofa, the property sleeps up to eight guests and offers two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms contain a single iron-framed queen bed and the final bedroom contains a twin-double wooden bunk bed that especially suits guests traveling with children. Both bathrooms offer showers-one massive rectangular encased with tile and glass, and another pentagon-shaped that nestles in the corner-along with many equally pristine bath towels and cleaning amenities.
Fitting up to two cars in the outside parking way with more to fit on the road alongside, and from 5-star professional cleaning crews within a phone call from the owner himself, this cottage is all that guests need for the greatest occasions, experiences and memories of Ontario’s Kawartha Lakes that lie in store for them.

You have access to the entire property. We have 2 parking spaces in our driveway. Any more than 2 cars are welcome to park along side the road

Dylan is a fantastic host! We unfortunately did show up to the house with unmade beds and the mess from the last guests they hosted, but Dylan was quick to respond and was able to contact his cleaner and get the place cleaned up while I went out with dinner with my mom! He was quick to apologize and refund me a portion of my money for the inconvenience. The home itself is cute, has all that you need and the cleaner even turned on the hot tub for me while we were out! So it was ready to use by the time we got back :) Also, great neighbours for one of them helped me start my car during the big snow storm LOL
