This is a beautiful guest house. The owners, Valeria and Roberto will give you instructions to access the house and the room. Make sure you contact them via phone upon arrival. There is not a front desk as this is a guest house. I think they also sent instructions prior to your arrival. I missed mine. Very clean, comfortable and close to all the main sites walking. We loved it!

Pros:
- AC is ice cold
- bed and pillows are super comfy
- location is excellent
- plenty of places to visit or eat at within short walking distance
- staff was great
Cons:
- shower was ice cold or scalding hot, no in between so that was a bummer.
- water pressure for the hot water could be better, it was barely a trickle when I was trying to take a hot shower but the cold water would come on periodically without warning
- extra toilet paper should be made available to guests in case the ones in their rooms run out.

Location was very good just a couple of minutes from the train station, easy to find using the directions tool on Expedia, couple of nice restaurants just outside of the property for a Pizza and a drink

Very good and cozy place to stay! First time i ever visited Rome, or Italy in itself, and Roberto was very helpful with anything i asked about.
Even before arriving i recieved the guide on where and how to access the building.
The location was very nice. A calm street with a couple pizzerieas right outside. Only a few minutes walk from the main train station and very easy to find!
Recommended to anyone visiting Rome!!
