Villa Solora sits on a half-acre of Intracoastal waterfront in North Port/Port Charlotte — creamy white stucco glowing under the sunset, palm trees, tropical landscaping, and a canal running out to Port Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf. Spanish architecture and a bit of Picasso's spirit shaped the design. The result is a modern coastal house that feels calm the moment you walk in.

The water

Your own private dock on the Intracoastal Waterway, with a straight shot out to the Gulf. Fish from the dock, tie up your boat, or just sit out there at sunset. A heated pool and heated spa sit between the house and the water, both maintained and in working order year-round, with professional pool service weekly.

Three waterfront bedrooms, 2 master suites.

Two master suites, each with a king bed dressed in 2000-thread-count Egyptian cotton. A third bedroom with a queen, same linens. Two sleeper sofas in the family room. And a separate in-law suite and office with a futon and its own private entrance — useful for a set of in-laws, a teenager, or anyone on a different schedule than the rest of the group.

Three full bathrooms with a jetted tub and four bidets.

We take sleep seriously here. Our team has worked through hundreds of combinations of mattresses, toppers, pillows, and sheets to get to what's in these rooms now. The goal is simple: sleep better here than you do at home.

Built for every guest

This is a single-story ranch with ramps at the entries, accessible van parking, and doorways and hallways wide enough for wheelchairs and mobility devices throughout. Two roll-in showers have seating, grab bars, and handheld showerheads. Nothing about it feels clinical — it's simply a house where every guest can move around on their own terms.

Work, if you have to

300 Mbps Wi-Fi, roughly fifteen times what most vacation rentals and hotels offer. Both master bedrooms and the office have a computer desk, a docking station, and a large monitor. No frozen video calls, no waiting on file transfers.

Play

Fishing from the dock, a putting green, badminton, a fire pit, and golf clubs in the garage. Four beach bikes are here for you, and two electric bikes are available on request. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, a beach wagon, and fishing poles are all provided — nothing to rent, nothing to pack.

Eat

Cook in the kitchen or eat outside while the sun drops and the stars come up. We keep a collection of themed menus from local restaurants at the house so you can order in without a research project. Vacation should not involve a group text about dinner.

Events within driving distance

Spring training is the big one — the Rays, Braves, Twins, Orioles, Red Sox, Tigers, Mets, Phillies, Pirates, and Yankees all train within a short drive, and most of the Grapefruit League is on this coast. The St. Pete Grand Prix and Miami's Formula One weekend are both easy road trips. Hard Rock Casino is 80 miles out.
