About this apartment rental
Welcome to your peaceful retreat in Venice! This apartment was just launched and is all new, Private room and private bathroom. Great location near two vaporetto stops (ferry boat) in the quiet DORSODURO area. Close to everything you need, Grocery and Pharmacy close by. Our queen size bed is 2 single beds together as a queen. There is a space between the mattresses. But we don’t have a closet yet or kitchen. This room is priced accordingly and you will not find anything cheaper than this price!!

We loved our stay here in Venice. The room was super clean, had plenty of space, and was the perfect launch point to explore Venice for 3 days. The hosts were excellent communicators and made our stay great.Once we learned the Vaporetto system that Venice uses, it made getting around Venice very easy and enjoyable. This home is just a very short walk from where you can jump on the boat and take it around Venice.We enjoyed watching a movie each night in the room. It was just steps from a couple restaurants that stayed open late with desserts.Highly recommend this stay!

The location was great. It is quite far from any tourist attractions, so it takes a bit of walking to get to them, but we preferred this because it was very quiet. There were lots of good places to eat nearby. The vaporetto was reasonably close. Everything was brand new and there was a lot of space for bags and moving around. The host responded very quickly to all my messages and was very helpful. I liked how secure the room was with several locks. The room was very clean and the bathroom was nice. When we got there, the sink was leaking, so for part of our stay, we had to use the shower for sink activities. I told the host about this and he was very involved in fixing it. He got a plumber there as quick as possible. The bed is actually in two pieces, so frequently in the night, they would slide apart. The mattress was also uncomfortable and my back was sore when I woke up. The listing says check in is 15:00, so we planned our arrival for then, but while we were on our way, we were told that check in is actually 16:00. The host was nice and let us in early, but the listing should have the correct time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for those wanting a quieter stay in Venice and don’t mind a little extra walking.

Great location and the best price in all of venice, you are close to vaporetto 2 and vaporetto 1 is only a 10 minute walk from the place. There are also great and cheap coffee places and food places. We loved the restaurant La Vacaria!! Their pasta + meat dish were the best I’ve had in Italy!!!
Marco was quick to respond to our questions and sent detailed instruction for what we needed to do to get inside.

Room looks renovated recently, so it is very clean. Staff are comucating instantly. The location is safe and quiet.
The room is relatively spacious, but the amenities are very limited. There is no coffee maker and kettle unlike all other places we stayed in Italy. Maybe this is normal in Venice. The bed fell apart during the first night then we figured out they are two single beds connected only by the bed cover and sheet. The space in the room could be well used if the layout being designed more professionally. The price is very reasonable. I guess we get what we paid for.
