Welcome to your Southwest Florida escape! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath coastal home is a hidden gem on a quiet cul-de-sac in Fort Myers, perfectly located between Fort Myers and Estero. Enjoy easy access to RSW International Airport, Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU), Hertz Arena, Coconut Point, Gulf Coast Town Center, and some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches. The home features a spacious kitchen, inviting living area, and outdoor deck with a relaxing Jacuzzi hot tub. Pets are welcome to enjoy the front and backyard, making it a great fit for families, couples, and groups.
