Our cozy cape cod is centrally located in the up-and-coming North Linden neighborhood. This home is small but mighty with it's fun decor and practical functionality. The living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom are located on the 1st floor main level. Upstairs, on the 2nd level you'll find a loft/office space, bathroom and 3rd bedroom. Sleep in as long as you like with "black-out" curtains in each bedroom.
The spacious backyard includes a wood burning fire-pit, lounge area and dining space. The fire-pit is for adult use only. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home, but you may smoke on the patio. Ashtrays are provided.
There is free parking in the driveway and on the street. There is no guest access to the garage.

This house was great for us. 4 adults and two kids under 7. We had everything we needed. A set of bowls to mix up our pancake batter was all we were missing in the kitchen. The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked, even toilet paper. Plenty of clean towels. The beds were clean, linens provided and made up ready to just jump in. We visited COSI, Otherworld, and Legoland and the house was just a short drive to each. The food at the nearby DQ was good. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. Heard a train in the distance each day. Watched a squirrel in the back yard. It rained a good bit while we visited Columbus so we didn’t get to take advantage of the fire pit, nice yard, or the furniture. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Host was easy to communicate with in a timely manner.
