Warrenville is waiting for you at this 1-bedroom tiny home. Step inside to find a studio setup style cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. With AC and heating, you'll stay comfortable no matter the weather. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower to start your day off right. Enjoy all that Warrenville has to offer when you stay at our place. During the fall/winter this is a CLIMATE CONTROLLED BUILDING. Our tiny home sits in DIRECT SUNLIGHT. Although we have Heat & A/C The inside temp runs 65/75 degrees in the winter time & about 72-80 degrees DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS in the Summer (June/July/August). We do provide extra blankets in the winter & an extra floor fan in the summer. Private Parking DIRECTLY in front of the front door. We’re pretty much available 24/7 if there’s any issues. Our property manager lives directly behind the building. Our tiny house is located directly behind our business, but in front of a small 3 unit trailer park. There is also a Mexican restaurant, church, Event Space, & Beauty Salon on the same lot. Dollar General is directly across the street. Our tiny house is “ low” and private. It can not be seen from the street. The home is PERFECT for 1, Comfortable for 2, a little tight for 3 people. No more than 3ppl allowed. There is a Food Lion, multiple restaurants, smoke shop, & liquor less than half a mile.
