The Mario Kart and Toy Story-themed bedrooms help make the townhome itself part of the Orlando vacation experience. Younger guests can return from the theme parks to colorful spaces inspired by favorite characters and adventures, giving them something special to look forward to at the end of each day.

The bedroom layout provides flexible accommodations for families and groups, including three bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms. Solterra Resort is a secure gated Davenport vacation community offering an impressive collection of family-friendly recreation. Spend the day cooling off in the resort-style swimming pool, floating along the lazy river, or enjoying the waterslides. Guests looking to relax can unwind at the outdoor spa, while those who want to stay active can visit the fitness center or enjoy tennis and volleyball. Younger guests can spend time at the children's playground, while picnic areas provide additional places for families to enjoy time together outdoors. The clubhouse serves as the center of the community's recreation and also includes a business center with internet access.

SOLTERRA RESORT CLUBHOUSE & POOL ACCESS FEE

A resort fee is required for access to the Solterra Resort clubhouse and pool area during your stay. The fee is $35 for groups of 12 or fewer guests or $45 for groups of 13 or more guests. Payment can only be made in person at the clubhouse using a credit or debit card.
