After a day at the beach, unwind in the comfortable living area, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.
Unit 813 Highlights: Located on the 8th floor. Newly remodeled. Direct Gulf-front, corner unit. Sleeps up to 5 guests. 2 Bedrooms (Primary room: King. Guest room: Full & Twin-size beds) 2 Bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. In-unit washer and dryer. Beach towels, chairs, and other beach essentials. The traditional lanai has been incorporated into the living room. The sliding doors open to allow fresh air and Gulf breezes, offering the best of indoor comfort and outdoor ambiance.
As a guest of Caper Beach Club, you'll enjoy direct access to the sugar-white sands of Fort Myers Beach, a heated beachfront pool, tennis and pickleball courts, barbecue grills, elevators, on-site management, and convenient parking. Located on the quieter south end of the island, the resort is approximately one mile from Times Square and just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. During the high season (November through April), guests can also take advantage of the free Fort Myers Beach Tram, making it easy to explore the island without driving.
Please Note: Caper Beach Club is a smoke-free property for all rental guests. Smoking is prohibited in all units and common areas, including screened lanais.
Property Update (June 2026): Window replacement work is currently taking place throughout the property. While every effort is being made to minimize disruptions, guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise.

The condo was clean, equipped and spacious. The owner was responsive and helpful. The biggest downfall for us was No Balcony, which is what we enjoy with our stays. I misread the description!! So that was disappointment. Since it’s a newer rental , it needs more kitchen supplies, which I am sure will come with time.
