Welcome to Sunset Bay! This 3-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is perfect for families, featuring 3 ensuite bedrooms, a private screened-in pool, and a spacious game room! Just 4 miles from Siesta Key Beach and 3 miles from downtown Sarasota, you’ll be close to the best of the area while enjoying your own private getaway. Spacious, stylish, and family-friendly, it’s the perfect place to relax, play, and make lasting memories!
As you step through the front doors, you’re welcomed into the game room, complete with a ping pong table that sets the tone for fun and relaxation. A long hallway stretches ahead, with bedrooms on either side, offering comfort and privacy for everyone in your group. At the end of the hall, the home opens into a bright, airy space where the kitchen, dining area, and living room come together — perfect for gathering and creating memories. From select areas of the home, you’ll also enjoy beautiful views of the water, adding to the peaceful atmosphere.
The backyard is fully screened, so you can enjoy the outdoors without worrying about bugs or falling leaves. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, fire up the grill for an al fresco meal, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a beach day. A full pool bathroom adds extra convenience, making it easy to spend long, carefree days outside.
We provide beach chairs, towels, a beach caddy, umbrella, cooler, and propane for the grill. Intermittent cleaning is available on request and paid for by the guest.
