The master bedroom boasts a super king size bed with an en-suite bathroom and a chest of drawers for storing clothes and walk in wardrobe . There is also a 43` UHD smart TV. The second bedroom has a king size bed with a wardrobe for storage and a bathroom conveniently located opposite.

The living room is spacious and features stunning views of both the sea and the nearby church steeple. You`ll have plenty of natural light pouring in throughout the day. We also have a 75` Smart TV that you can enjoy.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a dining table for four. Whether you`re cooking up a meal or simply enjoying a cup of tea, you`ll have everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Exploring the Fife Coastal Path is a must-do, and both the train and bus stations are just a short stroll away that can take you over the bridge into Edinburgh or go further north up to St Andrews. For those driving, there is the added convenience of private gated parking for one car.

Please note that as the apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the bustling High Street, it can get busier on weekends with foot traffic. Additionally, please be aware that the apartment is situated above the entry gates.

As standard a 2 person booking is for one bed only (King Size). 3 -4 person 2 beds.

It’s an additional £15 linen fee to cover the extra cleaning required for another bed should you need separate beds.

This helps us keep the nightly prices low.
Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of £35 per person per night- unless you communicate beforehand and you will be charged the additional guest fee of £25 per guest per night as in the original terms. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 4 guests.

Anyone who checks in before the time listed may have their reservation cancelled and will be charged a minimum of £50 fee, this will be the same if someone checks out late- £50 fee will apply.
