Welcome to Randolph Pool House, a completely renovated 7-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat designed for families and friends to gather, reconnect and experience the best of Saugatuck/Douglas together.

Enjoy the rare combination of a private heated in-ground pool, five King bedrooms, beautiful gathering spaces and incredible walkability. Spend the morning at Lake Michigan, the afternoon around your private pool, walk into Douglas for dinner, and end the evening gathered around the fire.

With room for up to 16 guests and multiple spaces to spread out, everyone can vacation together without feeling crowded.

Seven bedrooms and multiple indoor gathering spaces give everyone room to spread out.

Unlike many large vacation homes that reach their guest capacity through bunk rooms and sofa beds, Randolph offers FIVE King bedrooms, giving couples and adults comfortable private sleeping spaces of their own.

--- IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION ---

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
To finalize your reservation, a signed rental agreement must be completed and returned within 24 hours of booking. The agreement will be sent electronically after booking.

POOL & OPTIONAL ENHANCED HEATING:
Our private heated in-ground pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through early/mid October, weather permitting, and is professionally cleaned and treated twice during weekly stays - once immediately prior to arrival and again midweek.

Because Michigan temperatures can fluctuate, guests who prefer the pool maintained at an optimal swimming temperature of approximately 82°F may add enhanced pool heating for $350 per stay. This is completely optional and can be arranged approximately one week before arrival.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
Maximum occupancy is 16 total people (18 including infants). This limit is established by our Village short-term rental permit and is strictly enforced. The registered guest count must accurately reflect everyone staying at or visiting the property.

QUIET HOURS:
Village quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. We ask that guests be especially mindful of outdoor noise during these hours.

NO GLASS OUTDOORS:
For everyone's safety, glass is not permitted anywhere outside or in the pool area.

HOUSE RULES:
Parties and events are not permitted. Randolph Pool House is non-smoking and pet-free.

PARKING:
Private on-site parking is available for a maximum of 6 vehicles, all of which must remain in designated parking areas.
