IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR YOUR STAY:
Age & Occupancy: The booking tenant must be 25 years or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the stay. This property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and not for worker housing.
Peak Season Monthly Bookings: All bookings from December through March must be for the entire month, starting at the beginning and ending at the end of the month. Consecutive months may be booked if they follow this requirement. Bookings that do not adhere to this policy are subject to cancellation. If you are interested in alternative dates, please contact us for approval before booking.
Pet Policy: Up to one friendly and well-behaved dog will be considered with a $10/night pet fee. To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport. Guests will simply submit "household pet" information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal. It's free, and only requires creating an account if you're bringing a pet or animal. After booking, you'll receive a link to complete the process.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited to maintain a smoke-free environment.
Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays of 28 nights or more, we reserve the right to require a mid-stay cleaning to maintain the quality of the property. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 28 nights thereafter. The cost will be collected separately, and the number of cleanings depends on the length of your stay.
Boating & Dockage Advisory: Due to bridges and varying water depths, it is your responsibility to ensure that your boat can safely navigate local waters, access the canal, and fit the listed dockage before booking. While we are happy to provide general information based on our knowledge of the area, guests must exercise extreme caution when boating and ensure all activities comply with local regulations.
Local Wildlife & Pest Control: The Florida Keys are home to various insects (mosquitoes, no-see-ums, termites), reptiles, chickens, Key deer, and other wildlife. While routine pest control is in place, complete elimination is not possible. Guests should take precautions, such as using insect repellent and keeping doors closed, to minimize exposure.
Construction & Renovation Notice: Due to ongoing growth in the Florida Keys, renovations, construction, and road repairs may occur without prior notice. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, iTrip Key West is not liable for any inconveniences caused by nearby construction.

We had such an amazing stay at 70 Bay Drive, Key West! The location was perfect, just a short drive to downtown Key West, yet far enough to feel calm and relaxing. It truly gave us that “island escape” vibe while still being close to everything.
The house was super comfortable and perfect for both adults and kids. The heated pool was a favorite for everyone, and we loved having direct access to the water for fishing and kayaking right from the property. We spent hours out on the water and then relaxed by the pool each evening.
We especially loved the outdoor spaces. The main-floor deck was the perfect spot to unwind and watch the sunsets. In the mornings, we enjoyed peaceful sunrises from the deck off the bedrooms, which made waking up feel like a vacation in itself. The tiki hut was another highlight of the stay. It became our go-to hangout spot, perfect for enjoying a drink or simply taking a break in the shade while still soaking in the waterfront views. It added such a fun, tropical touch to the property and made the outdoor area feel extra special.
The amenities were another huge bonus. The home had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, beach towels, and plenty of outdoor seating for lounging by the pool, deck, and dock. We also appreciated the laundry room, on-site parking, and the well-maintained outdoor area that made it easy to enjoy the Florida sunshine.
Another great perk was how convenient everything was — Baby’s Coffee and Sugar Shark Market are just a short walk away, making it easy to grab a great cup of coffee or pick up groceries without having to drive anywhere.
It really felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat to enjoy the Keys but still want quick access to all the fun in Key West, this place is perfect. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We loved staying at 70 Bay Dr., Key West, Florida. We invited our two adult children, and the minute we walked through the door we knew it would be a great stay. The house has sliding doors that span the width of the house on the main floor and two of the rooms upstairs. This is great for watching the sunset either from the house, out on the deck or on the dock. 70 Bay Dr. has kayaks for the guests to use. Many days our kids would kayak in the morning while we used the pool and then had breakfast on the deck at the large table and discussed our plans for the day. We relaxed under the tiki hut when we needed the breeze.
This house has an elevator, which was very helpful in bringing in our luggage and groceries. The accommodation includes laundry, spices to cook with, gas grill, gas fire pit, Wi-Fi hotspot; plenty of towels, king beds and single beds. The décor felt light and breezy (just what you want on vacation).
This house is located 20 minutes from Key West airport and provides a great location for either going up the Keys or to the heart of Key West. Baby’s Coffee is within walking distance and is a great place to get a morning pick-me up. It is close to Boondocks, where you can play miniature golf, purchase items at the gift shop and enjoy the restaurant. There are many great restaurants and attractions up and down the Keys, and this house feels perfectly located. We will stay here again. We are already talking about our next visit.

Our trip to the house at Sunset Bay was a couples get away. The house and location were perfect for our trip. The house had everything we needed: pool, sunset views, water front, comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen, and plenty of space so that we did not feel crowded. There was a bonus that we did not expect - an ELEVATOR! It would be useful for handicapped or elderly and one may think they don't need an elevator, but it was very useful to haul luggage and groceries up and food and beverage to the pool or beach area. The location was perfect. We were close enough to the hustle and bustle of Key West that we could enjoy the many museums, restaurants, and attractions when we wanted; as well as far enough away to provide a quiet sanctuary that allowed us to recharge. We also spent time exploring Marathon, Big Pine Key and the general area through the many restaurants and attractions. The Aquatic Encounter on Marathon was great as adults and would be awesome for a family. The house would be a great place to bring family and friends for a Keys getaway experience.
We look forward to a return trip to such a beautiful house in a beautiful location when we come to the Keys.

We really enjoyed this roomy house ( very comfortable beds) as it had everything we needed. The outdoor dock and kayak launch area was perfect as we are water rats! Every concern we had ( very few) was addressed promptly. The worst part of our stay was packing to go home!!!!
