מדובר במתחם של מספר בתים מחוברים . למזלנו לא היו הרבה אורחים והיה שקט. מיקום מצויין בטבע, 15 דק נסיעה מ- Bellagio, על ההרים עם נוף מהסלון לאגם ולהרים. דירה מאוד מרווחת עם סלון גדול, מטבח מאובזר. מיטות נוחות.

נקודות לשיפור: ניקיון לא מספק. רשתות בחלונות נגד יתושים יכלו להועיל. יש מאוורי תקרה ,אין מזגנים (באוגוסט שהתארחנו היה מעט חם לישון בלילה).

Pulizie fai da te - scarsa serietà

Le condizioni dell'appartamento erano le seguenti: - ESTERNO: lettiera per gatti a cielo aperto a lato dell'entrata, con circa una ventina di deiezioni; - INTERNO: formiche ovunque, capelli, sottoletto pieno di polvere, tazza del wc sporca, asciugamani maleodoranti Abbiamo avvisato il gestore delle condizioni e provveduto autonomamente a pulire l'appartamento. Le due aspirapolveri a disposizione non funzionavano a dovere. Ci sono stati promessi un rimborso parziale e un buono per un ulteriore soggiorno in altra location: non pervenuti a distanza di oltre un mese nonostante numerosi solleciti. Sulla base di queste promesse non abbiamo pensato di documentare adeguatamente le condizioni igieniche dei locali (allego le poche foto rappresentative), anche perché abbiamo preferito essere tempestivi nelle pulizie vista la presenza di una bambina piccola. È sempre spiacevole fare una recensione negativa, ma è stato superato ogni ragionevole limite.
