This place is brand new, modern, and has a ton of potential. The condo itself was spacious, well-decorated, and felt like a high-end home. The pool and rooftop areas were beautiful, and the location—right between the airport and the central bus station—was ok once you figured out the route. It’s quiet, private, and perfect for travelers who want to relax away from the city noise. For the price, it offered great value and a lot of comfort once settled in.
While the condo itself was beautiful, the overall experience was rough around the edges. The check-in process was confusing — I was speaking with two different people, initially thinking they were the same person — and I had to wait outside for about 5–10 minutes trying to figure out how to get in. Standing there at night, surrounded by unpaved dirt roads, construction, and what felt like the edge of the jungle, wasn’t exactly welcoming. The building has electric fencing, which only added to that uneasy first impression. Once inside, things improved, but there were still issues: the third-floor doors and windows didn’t lock properly, the bathroom sinks and showers drained slowly, and the power went out twice. Mosquitoes were a serious problem — there was even a truck that came by spraying at night, yet a week later I was still itching from the bites. The Wi-Fi barely reached the upper floors, and food delivery to the area was hit or miss. Overall, it’s clear this place was just opened — it has potential, but it’s not quite guest-ready yet.
