I had a very pleasant stay at this place. For the paid price, the room were absolutely good value and met my expectations. Outside, there is a lovely and well-maintained patio area, which is very nice to relax in. Ashley, the owner, is truly fantastic, very kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you might need. He really makes you feel welcome and well taken care of.
Since I was on the ground floor the room was a little dark. Also, my bathroom was located outside the room. Although it was supposed to be for private use, occasionally it seemed to be used by others as well

Love this property, just 2 minutes walk to beautiful, shiny beach. Rooms are perfect, much clean and tidy, comfortable. Staff are super friendly and take care of the guests exceptional level. They offered us delicious foods, super tasty, love them. We received unforgettable treatments from Sea you surfers nest. Its exceptional value for money. Recommended to anyone who love beaches and true Sri Lankan hospitality. We'll definitely Sea You again... Cheers!! 😍

Property was nice but sadly there was a muddle with our booking and part of our group had to stay elsewhere (in not a nice place which we only stayed in for one night and they refused to refund us for other two nights)The issue was either a booking.com issue or the property it is unclear to us which. We had had confirmation emails etc but the place was full…I was travelling with my daughter and so we ended up in different places which was upsetting. I suggest ringing several days before arrival to check your booking is correct!
