Great location for what we needed as a family.
Difficulty with obtaining lock code details from booking.com
Outhouse door was open and when I went to close the door noticed it was full of rubbish and flies
Yard also had dog poo
Front lounge had severed carpet stains
Shower room had no net curtain or blind so people in courtyard opposite could see in.
Blinds in kitchen kept falling down

A lovely little cottage with everything necessary for a short break. Well located for the Norfolk coast. 3 good sized bedrooms .

The location and space was great.
It was rather ‘tired’ and could do with some TLC. In the shower room there was a clear glass window overlooking a car parking area. There was no blind and also a window opposite- this was rather awkward. The house had quite a musty smell and there were a lot of weeds in the front garden. The climbing rose also needed cutting back. Skirting boards and plug sockets were very dusty too. My duvet cover was clean but had a hole in.
